-Draft discovery responses; communicating with Clients; Obtain police reports and medical records etc; draft demand letters - Perform organizational and administrative tasks - Handle clerical duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence - Able to multitask - Highly motivated, conscientious, detail oriented, self starter Requirements:
- Experience as a legal assistant or similar role at a civil litigation law firm - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in administrative and clerical tasks - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies - Knowledge of civil litigation procedures Note:
