Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; access points; and permitting entry.
Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with requirements.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.
Qualifications and Requirements Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner Display exceptional customer service and communication skills Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
BSIS Guard Card No Felony Arrests/Convictions Clean Driver License (With No DUI's or Multiple Moving Violations) Previous Security Experience preferred Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent Clean Driver License (With No DUI's or Multiple Moving Violations) Other Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the State.
