Experience:
o 10 months of Sub Acute Care experience is required.
o Experience with Meditech is required.
Requirements:
o Candidates must have a California license in hand at the time of application.
o This role may require floating to additional units and locations o Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
o COVID vaccination required for onboarding.
Religious and medical declinations accepted.
o Flu vaccination required for onboarding.

Every other Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) No on call Block schedule:
Per manager discretion Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by.
Though not always necessary, Travelers must agree to float between Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center Torrance and Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro.
Hardstop vent and trach experience required Hardstop- long term care or skilled nursing experience RTO must be listed at time of submission.

This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing.
Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
The Sub-Acute Center at Little Company of Mary San Pedro is devoted to the treatment and care of patients with unique needs like ventilator and tracheostomy dependency.
Patients may receive sub-acute care through rehabilitation, home care or long-term care.
Please note that the Sub Acute Care Center is located across the street from the main hospital, this is not an acute care unit Background Policy to be noted prior to submission :
Must disclose license/BG hits up front at time of submission.
No open license hits will be approved.
