Current BBS# is REQUIRED.
SUPERVISION HOURS PROVIDED Duties &
Responsibilities:
Provides the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction.
Meets with patients on a case by case basis to review progress and to provide therapeutic intervention.
- Conducts individual and group therapy sessions.
- Create treatment plans as required.
Conducts utilization review and evaluation of medical necessity for continued stay.
Responsible for ensuring that all treatment service plans and activities are executed in keeping with organization's values, mission, vision and strategy.
Approves treatment plans, as needed.
Collaborates in the evaluation and documentation of patients history and psycho-social Conducts occasional staff training sessions and group education session for Clients.
Qualifications:
Currently registered with California Board of Behavioral Science (AMFT, APCC, ACSW).
Must be a graduate from accredited college or university.
Compliance with California Department of Health Care Services regulations.
