Rental Lead:
Wheel Fun Rentals is looking for people that want to work at our locations that can meet our standards of customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Rental Staff Lead - The rental staff lead is responsible for ensuring that ALL of our bikes are kept 100% safe and operational at all times and that customers receive high energy customer service.
Continual recruiting via Indeed, and hiring via in-person interviews.
Seamless compliance to hiring and training procedures.
Scheduling staff appropriately to meet demand.
Staff training, supervision, and continuous development.
Reviewing financials and rental activities through use of Weekly Dashboards and Web Reporting systems.
Controlling inventory, fleet operability, and supply purchasing.
Coordinating fleet and building maintenance needs.
Weekly or bi-weekly accounting and bank deposits, depending on time of year.
Strict enforcement of cash handling procedures on a daily basis.
Upholding the rental outlet appearance and assuring all product is pulled out daily, exemplifying a Disney-esque appearance.
Ensuring safety and security via Safety Instructions and Waiver compliance.
Developing, reinforcing and assuring adherence to company policy and procedures.
Organize and execute seamless Group Reservations.
Preventative and other maintenance done at all times throughout the season.
Ability to work and cover rental shifts, as deemed necessary by supervisor.
Prepare locations for monthly inspections and execute on follow-up items.
Other duties which help assure and maintain location's operations.
