The Program Service Specialist is responsible for assisting the San Pedro & Peninsula YMCA Program Director with the development and operation of program growth and retention, fiscal management, volunteer and staff development, program marketing and communications. Position is located at the San Pedro & Peninsula YMCA, 301 S. Bandini St. San Pedro, CA 90731.
Microsoft Office knowledge, excellent written and oral communication skills, highly organized and detail oriented, bilingual (English-Spanish preferred), valid CPR, AED, and First Aid certification
